Welcome! This website offers a view of some of the public art in the City of Santa Cruz. Permanent and temporary works, site-specific projects and murals bring creativity, local stories and cultural identity into the built environment.
Many of the artworks in our downtown are part of “SculpTOUR”, a rotating temporary sculpture exhibit. These pieces are on loan from the artists, and for sale. So if you’re interested in taking a sculpture home with you, browse the posts tagged ”SculpTOUR”. Each SculpTOUR post has a link to the artist’s website where you can find out more about the artist, or contact them directly.
